Given a user profile and asked to design a product that would be useful to her

Our user was a 25-year-old girl living in Rwanda. As a group we researched the country and lifestyles, to better understand what would be useful for her. We settled on a manually operated water pump which could be attached to a bicycle. Most water is carried in Rwanda which is a an obstacle for agriculture and impedes everyday life.
